1. Booking & Cancellations

• Sessions must be booked in advance.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking (offset onto final fee).

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
  
  

2. Payment

• The "Pay what you want" fee must be agreed before the session is booked.

• A daily location fee applies (rate to be confirmed).

• Payment is due at the end of the session via bank transfer, cash, or agreed method.

• Failure to pay will result in no audio being received by the client.

• Time exceeding the agreed session may incur additional fees.
  
  

3. What’s Included

• All recording equipment (not instruments).

• Tea, coffee, and a relaxed environment.

• Please note: drum kit is not provided. Bring your own instruments and backline gear.
  
  

4. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and be ready to record (This means all material needs to be pre written).

• Respect the space and equipment. 

• Ensure all band members or guests behave respectfully—disruptive behaviour may result in the session ending early with no refund.
  
  

5. Deliverables

• You’ll receive rough mixes at the end of the session.

• Final Mixes, Masters and edits are included unless arranged separately.
  
  

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal equipment.

• Any intentional damage to the studio or gear will be charged accordingly.
