We worked with Saul on our single "The Garden", and it was a pleasure from start to finish. Saul’s technical ability—from mic placement to tracking—allowed us to relax and be creative, helping us write our best work. 

His calm demeanour created a safe space in the studio, where all ideas were welcomed, including many of his own. His patience with us was incredible, and we wouldn’t have the song we have without it. 

His ability to record so many different instruments to a high standard gave us the confidence to record violin and piano for the first time. Thanks for all your help, Saul—it was a pleasure working together. 

We at Bois Y Bryn recently recorded our two albums (Rum Rogues and Revelry – Parts 1 & 2) with Saul Davies Music who was outstanding from start to finish.

Saul combined strong technical expertise with a great ear for detail, ensuring that every track was captured with clarity and balance. He was well prepared, efficient, and consistently calm and patient throughout making the entire process smooth and enjoyable for everyone. He also brought thoughtful creative input that demonstrated clearly his knowledge and abilities whilst always respecting our artistic direction.
